Islamic Seminary
Islamic Seminary
Historically, the region was predominantly Buddhist, resulting in poor Islamic awareness. To propagate and promote Islamic teachings, the organization established the first Islamic Seminary in the Ladakh region, known as Howza-e-Ilmiya Isna Asharia Kargil.
In 1970, the organization initiated a network of Islamic learning centers (Makatibs) at the village level across the region. Presently, 80 centers are active, focusing on the Islamic upbringing of children and instilling moral values.

JAMA MASJID
JAMA MASJID
In 1965, the organization built the first Jama Masjid in the region. It was later reconstructed in 1995 and renamed Jama Masjid Imam Ali (AS). This mosque has become one of the main centers for Ladakh's Muslim community, providing a space for religious activities and community gatherings.
